Covid -19 Update
The club has been busy over the winter puting things in place to allow us to provide more training opportunities than last year, including training up a number of activators, but of course everything is subject to change as government and BTF guidance changes.
Welcome to our provisional training programme for 2021.
We aim to offer a number of weekly and monthly training session across all discipline suitable for all abilities. All sessions provide a structured workout designed by our club coaches and winter training is more focussed on getting the basics right, working on your weaknesses as well as strength training to prepare you more race specific training early next year. Summer training sessions are normally designed to support our members get ready for racing but this year is a mix of both in the hope that racing will return at some point.
