These sessions are aimed at all abilities. New and experienced triathletes can all gain from practicing these skills.
The purpose of this session is to helping to build bike handling and transition skills and confidence.
Come along and ask any questions you may have about triathlon or the club.
We will be running two sessions and while not mandatory it would be beneficial to come to both if you can as they will both be slightly different and you will have more chance to practice.

When:
Session 1: Saturday 5th April 11:00-12:00
Session 2: Sunday 13th April 11:00-12:00
What to bring other than yourself :)
- Road Worthy Bike (Mandatory)
- Bike Helmet ( Mandatory)
- If your planning to wear a Tri-suite good idea to wear this (you can always throw in a T-shirt if it’s a cooler day)
- Drink , hydration, good idea to have water or what you will be drinking on the triathlon, water or an energy drink?
- Trainers/Running shoes
- Whatever shoes you will using for the bike e.g your trainers or if wearing bike triathlon shoes those
- Small towel
- Race belt if you intend to use one on the day of the event
- Sunglasses , everyone wants to look cool , but seriously just in case it’s sunny on the day of the event it’s good to practice.
- Suntan lotion (it can get hot on the track)
- Hat /cap (not much cover on the running track)
- And a SMILE let’s have fun
