Cycle, Run, Cycle

Cycle, run, cycle and maybe a cake and a coffee. As a triclub informal meet up. I'm planning on biking from Lynsport to Hunstanton (not direct- maybe a hill thrown in somewhere lol), doing the park run and then biking back. Hoping to secure the bikes in Hunstanton or I'll watch over them and have a car driver to take and return our running gear. All welcome to join me, just let me know if your coming so I can adjust to all abilities. This is uncoached and informal but we will all help each other out I'm sure. Nothing a triathlete likes more than to help others out.
