Hill & Trail Running

  • Adults and Juniors welcome, Juniors under 14 must be accompanied

These are led trail runs involving hill reps and other interval sets ideal to build fitness and strength over the winter. These sessions are intensive but suitable for all abilities and ages.

What to bring.

Please wear footwear suitable for trail running and dress according to the weather. The ground will be uneven and may be wet and muddy in places.

Please ensure you bring a drink and suitable warm clothes to put on at the end of the session.
