Join us for our weekly bike turbo session. This session is open to KL TC members only.
What to expect:
Some banter ⯑
1 st week will be introduction, getting us all used to the how the session will run. The ride will be more of a “social group ride”
Over subsequent weeks we will cover various technique improvements and base bike fitness
We will do bike FTP (or similar ) to set our zones and may also have some handicap races
If you don’t have a turbo the club has a couple of loaners but we will need notice to arrange that.
Or
If you have a static or exercise bike you can use that.
For those of you with smart trainers and or exercise bikes that can link to apps we may be running these in Zwift (if I can get my account working again ⯑). That’s a subscription based online app. You will have to add me as a friend in Zwift so I can invite you to the group meet ups.
Don’t worry if not it’s not mandatory. You can change gear/resistance manually as we go through the set.
We will probably use discord for our group call like last time. More details to follow.
