Weekly Turbo Training (Indoor Cycling)
Indoor cycling is a great way to train in a group but at your own pace. If you have never tried turbo before we can help you get set up and answer any questions you might have so please come and join in.
Indoor cycling over the winter enables you to train smarter and harder, certainly training with others means you will push harder and we have some greater structured sessions to help you regardless of what level of fitness you are or how experienced you are.
What to bring: Your Bike, Turbo and Training Mat or something to put on the floor to protect your bike and Turbo from scratching the floor), Towel, Fluids (water and /or other drink) and some clothes suitable for cycling in, cycle shoes or trainers. Optional extras – HR monitor, cadence counter or other tech to record your efforts.
