Run Training
Run training is often considered to be a solo activity, best done alone. However, training alongside other athletes and working with our coaches will allow you to obtain even higher levels of performance and socialise with other runners.
Hill/Trail Running Session
- Adults and Juniors welcome, Juniors under 14 must be accompanied
- Day/Time: TBC
- Venue: TBC
These are led trail runs involving hill reps and other interval sets. These session are ideal to build fitness and strength over the winter. These sessions are intensive but suitable for all abilities.
Informal Social Runs

BRICK Training Session.
This is a mix-and-match session to suit your training needs and a chance to train with your fellow tri buddies.
As well as getting a bit of run/bike training in these sessions are ideal to practice your transitions. If you are new to triathlon these sessions are a great place to ask questions and find out more about how triathlon works.

Bike | 3 or 4 x 4.6km loops on road (30-45mins) |
Run | 1 or 2 x 3km loops offroad (20-30mins) |
Cost: Free for KLTC members, £2 for non members
